Yes please! We’ll kick off at 7:30am AEST with an optional Zoom meeting to go over your brand or web design direction. If Zooms aren’t your style, you’re welcome to send an email or Loom detailing each task or the direction you envisage.
To make the most of our time together, stay close to your inbox as I may send you questions or thoughts for clarity and will need your feedback fast. If you don’t like hanging out in your inbox, we can communicate via your chosen communication channel (whether that’s Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, Slack or something similar).
Do you offer support after the day?
Absolutely! You’ll receive unlimited email support for 7 days following our time together for any and all of your questions to make sure you make the most of the magic we’ve created together.
Do I need to be available on the day?
Treasure chest unlocked! You’ll receive a calendar invite to book another full or half VIP Design Day. Half VIP Design Days are only available to existing clients (and you’ll have become one!). If you book another slot within 2 weeks of our initial VIP Design Day, you’ll also receive a discount.
What if we don’t get everything done?
VIP Design Days don’t come with revisions, though you’ll have the tools you need to adjust anything you like.
What if I want revisions?
No, I leave that to the tech gurus in Showit support, who are more than happy to help get you live in no time.
Will you transfer domain + hosting from my last SITE?
Yes! Your VIP Design Day comes with a video tutorial showing you exactly how to update your exact website.
You’ll also have one week of support if any further questions pop up.
Will you show me how to update my website?

All website projects require an Emma Troy Showit Template purchased ahead of time, which will then be personalised to your brand.

Your visual brand guide and files (including web logo files in .PNG + .JPG, web colour codes in HEX, and font web files in .WOFF), copy and high-res imagery. That’s it!
Simply pop it in Google Drive, Google Docs or Dropbox and email through to me. You’ll have a due date to have this to me by, and I can’t accept additional content on the day. Instead, placeholders will be used for you to replace or edit later.
What do I need to have ready for THE Day (weB DESIGN)?
You’ll need time to answer my ‘adventure-ready branding questionnaire’ (10 minutes) and complete its assigned branding homework, which includes sending branding inspiration and creating a Pinterest board (30 minutes).

If I submit copy to you, will you upload it into the SITE?
No, the DIY Design Day is exclusively available for design tasks. Your Emma Troy Template comes with copy prompts to help you write your own copy. Or if you’d like to outsource, I have a scroll-length list of copywriters I can recommend, who I know will take excellent care of you!
Will you write words for my website?
